He studied a Law Degree, at the National Autonomous University of Mexico, from 1967 to 1970, having obtained both the Bachelor of Law Degree, with Honorable Mention, with the Thesis called: “Importance of the Internal Work Regulations in Labor-Management Relations ”. He has studies in Industrial Relations from the Universidad Iberoamericana.
