This allows us to provide to our clients a full service comprising the incorporation of an investment vehicle and follow-up of the corporate existence thereof, all in the same place and with lower response times and costs due to a team highly versed in business law.  

In addition, one of our partners is a Certified Public  Mediator registered before the Supreme Court of Justice of Mexico City, which allows us to provide our clients with the possibility of executing mediation agreements with their counterparts, in order to conclusively and effectively settle  disputes of civil, commercial and family nature, giving to such agreements the scope of res judicata.
