Our practice includes the provision of legal advice to our clients in public and private bidding processes for the awarding of concessions and permits from the corresponding authorities; in public and private bidding processes for granting of construction, services and public-private partnerships or agreements; in regulatory and compliance matters; and in the preparation, negotiation and implementation of all kinds of contracts related to infrastructure projects, including joint venture agreements between investors and consortiums, construction and services contracts, financing agreements, source of payment and guaranty trusts, and other related guarantees.
