Erick specializes in litigationin Administrative and Tax matters. He obtained a law degree in 2008 from the Facultad de Estudios Superiores Acatlán of the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM). Before joining PBP Abogados, S.C., he worked in various law firms as head of the administrative and taxlitigation department and litigation specialist, including Martínez y de Labra, S.C.; FMLYA, S.C.; GNAE Abogados, S.C.; LOFTON S.C.; Muñoz Serafín, S.C.; and Certum Solution Group, S.C.

Recent experience in significant matters:

·        In his practice in Administrative and Tax Law, he has advised and represented local and foreign clients in more than 1,000contentious-administrative trials and amparo trials, in tax and administrative matters.

·        Represents clients in administrative proceedings before various entities of the Federal and Local Public Administration, in administrative and tax matters, as well as in the analysisand attention to legal and regulatory contingencies in the normal course of the operations of private companies and individuals.

·        He assists clients with the review anddue diligence of compliance with their tax, administrative and regulatory obligations.

• Diploma in Procedural Tax Law (Derecho Procesal     Fiscal) by the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (2010).
