Erika develops her practice in business law, with experience in the areas of corporate, contract, industrial property and personal data protection law, as well as in the National Registry of Foreign Investments and conciliation at the Federal Consumer Attorney’s Office (Procuraduría Federal del Consumidor). Before joining PBP Abogados, she worked as an intern in a Public Broker’s firm acquiring knowledge in this area.

• Student of the National Autonomous University of Mexico.

• Course on Intellectual Property given by the World Intellectual Property Organization (2018).
