Maricarmen specializes in intellectual property, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions. She has extensive experience in both the public and private sectors, particularly in international trade and intellectual property. She advises clients on international transactions, international joint ventures, foreign investment, corporate and intellectual property matters as well as tax, labor, administrative, commercial and civil procedures, trademarks and licensing agreements, in addition to general corporate practice. Prior to joining PBP Abogados, she has been part of several law firms and companies, participating in various national and international corporate transactions.

• She has participated in several mergers and acquisitions in due diligence procedures and contract negotiations. 
• She has participated in the execution of share subscription and purchase and sale agreements, as well as in the purchase and sale of assets of several companies.

• She has collaborated in the representation of various corporate matters in companies from different industry sectors.
