Ricardo specializes in consulting, compliance and litigation in criminal matters in the area of federal and local crimes, integration of investigation files, criminal proceedings in first and second instance as legal advisor or defender, participation in hearings of the accusatory system. He has experience in financials crimes, tax crimes, financial and stock exchange matters, as well as litigation and advice in maritime law, providing legal advice or defense to commercial aviation, transportation, radio and television, logistics, shipping companies, shipping agencies, pharmaceutical, publishing companies, oil companies, insurance companies, among others, distinguished by the implementation of personalized, effective and quality legal strategies in the prosecution and defense of individuals and corporations. He also has extensive experience in amparo trials in criminal matters.

Ricardo is a graduate of the Escuela Libre de Derecho, where he graduated with the thesis “Crítica a la Acción Penal por Particulares” (Criticism of Private Criminal Action by Private Parties), honorable mention in the resolution of the practical case. His professional training as a lawyer includes having collaborated with important law firms such as Castro y Reyes Retana S.C., Rábago, Sosa y Mena S.C., Mijangos y González Abogados S.C., Félix Cárdenas S.C. and Sosa Abogados, S.C.

He has studies in Telecommunications and in 2019 he obtained the title of Specialization in the Accusatory System from the Escuela Libre de Derecho. 

He has a diploma in amparo trial granted by the Mexican Supreme Court of Justice.
