Our team has extensive experience in the constitution, registration, compliance and corporate governance of all types of financial institutions. Including multiple banking institutions, investment fund operating companies and multipurpose financial corporations, among others. As part of our activities, we advise these financial institutions in relation to their procedures before the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit and the National Commissions that regulate their activities in Mexico.

Additionally, our Firm advises banking institutions, financial intermediaries (domestic and foreign), and debtors in relation to the structuring, negotiation and documentation of various financial transactions, such as: unsecured and guaranteed commercial credits, simple and syndicated financing for acquisitions, structured financing, project financing, financial leases and asset-backed financing. In addition, we advise creditors, common representatives, financial advisors and debtors on credit restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings, including financing for companies that are undergoing liability restructuring, as well as their sale and liquidation for the payment of their debts.
