Anker's attorneys have represented developers, creditors, investment banks, pension funds, private equity funds, domestic and foreign investors, and corporations, in a large number of transactions related to the acquisition and sale of real estate. As well as in the granting of use and enjoyment, including any form of lease, of real estate, the development, administration and operation of real estate projects, and the creation of condominium ownership regimes, co-ownership, time-sharing schemes and mixed-use developments, among others.

Additionally, our real estate practice includes the structuring and implementation of public and private trusts for investment in real estate (FIBRA) where we have represented developers, placement agents and investors.
